Nedda Black is a Los Angeles-based attorney and mediator whose practice focuses primarily on higher-education law, civil rights, discrimination, and harassment. Ms. Black has extensive experience providing legal counsel to higher-education institutions, including working with institutions to develop more effective risk-management and behavioral-intervention policies. Ms. Black has conducted a broad range of civil rights, workplace, and other investigations and mediations for clients throughout the country. She has graduate degrees from both New York University and U.C. Hastings College of the Law, has served on the Advisory Board to ATIXA (Association of Title IX Administrators), and works as a consultant to The NCHERM Group, LLC.
